  • Guided Tour - Enjoy a guided tour of our Trinity sites with one of our experienced interpreters. Hear stories of Trinity's past at the Visitor's Centre, discover the resilience of outport women like Emma Hiscock at the Hiscock House, and glimpse Trinity as a thriving 1800s seaport at the Mercantile Premises. There is so much to explore in Trinity.
  • Hiscock House Kitchen Garden - Visit the heritage kitchen garden while at the Hiscock House to learn more about the types of vegetables people grew to survive. The garden is maintained in partnership with students from Bishop White School in Port Rexton.
  • Edwardian Times - Go back to Edwardian times in Trinity by dressing up in what people would have worn at the time Emma Hiscock was raising her children at Hiscock House. Play some games popular in the period or have a tea party! Be sure to take some photos and share with us on social media!
  • Hands-on Heritage Demonstration Series - Drop by the Mercantile Shop to see what demonstrations are on today. We could be making hats, tying rope, or whittling wood.
  • Impress with a Quill - Can you write with a feather?  Until the mid to late nineteenth century, most writing was done this way. Take a look around the Counting House and try it for yourself. Dip your feather in the ink to write your name or draw a picture. If you're feeling adventurous, try writing a letter then sealing it with wax. Imagine doing all your writing this way!
